When
your ear won't stop ringing then you probably share a condition that
millions around the world also suffer from. It prevents people from
getting to sleep and can even disrupt your day to day life if left
uncontrolled. This condition is known as tinnitus.
What Is Tinnitus?
Tinnitus is the name of a symptom. The symptom varies from person to
person but usually involves hearing a continuous buzzing, high pitched
or clicking sound in one or more ears that won't go away.
Remember, this is a symptom and not a condition. That's because doctors
still don't fully understand exactly where it comes from.
How Is Tinnitus Caused?
Every tinnitus sufferer has some form of damage to their hearing. But not every person with damaged hearing will go on to get tinnitus.
Therefore, hearing damage is a pre-requisite and a primary factor but it is not the sole cause.
Doctors still don't know exactly what causes some people to get the
symptoms of tinnitus (where the ear won't stop ringing) and why others
don't.
But your chances of getting it are increased if you have sinus
problems, TMJ (jaw) problems and/or circulation problems (particularly
in the head/neck region).
Ear Won't Stop Ringing - How Can I Stop It?
First of all, there is not yet any drug available to combat these symptoms.
However, we known that there are many, many secondary factors that contribute to tinnitus.
Like a person with a food allergy, by eliminating these factors one by one from your life then you can reduce or even eliminate your symptoms.
If you don't take each one in turn then you will never be able to pin down your own unique cause of tinnitus.
For example, did you know that specific types of foods can make your
tinnitus worse? It stands to reason that if you eliminate them from
your diet then your symptoms will get better. Even the wrong type of
toothpaste can spell disaster.
There are no drugs for
tinnitus. But there is a natural way to cure your tinnitus. Discover
