The tinnitus niche is very unique because it combines the following: 1) a market that is highly motivated to get a cure. 2) high demand. 3) low competition e.g. for keywords. It is very rare to find such a tight niche that has such a high demand. Around 50 million Americans alone suffer from tinnitus. But because there are so few tinnitus products (like this one) this means that you can very quickly get a lot of a traffic with little competition. Tinnitus is a condition of a ringing sensation in the ears. Every tinnitus sufferer has some hearing loss BUT not everyone with hearing loss will get tinnitus. People get tinnitus because they have specific lifestyle factors IN ADDITION TO hearing loss. This guide is all about how to make small changes to your lifestyle to get rid of your tinnitus. This is why medical science cannot offer any help to tinnitus sufferers. There are no drugs for tinnitus. Other than my advice, the only other treatments are not cures, just "coping" methods e.g. "tinnitus retraining therapy".
